Every provider in our network completes a criminal background check, license verification with the issuing California board where a license applies, proof of active liability insurance and workers' compensation, an in-person interview with our team, and reference checks. We re-verify licenses and insurance annually, and we remove providers after a single unresolved service failure.
You meet your concierge in person before anything begins. If the match isn't right — at any point — tell us and we'll assign someone else at no additional cost. Subscriptions are month to month; we don't hold anyone in a long contract.
No. Vivere is a concierge and lifestyle management service. We coordinate life around the home: appointments, contractors, household systems, wellness, and administration. When hands-on clinical or personal care is needed, we source, verify, schedule, and manage licensed providers who deliver it.
No. We are not clinical care managers or nurses, and we deliberately keep it that way. Licensed providers deliver the hands-on medical care, while we coordinate the entire ecosystem around them: schedules, vendors, calendars, and household logistics. Think of us as your Chief of Staff, making sure the right professionals handle healthcare and the household runs smoothly.
Concierge coordination is generally paid privately and is not billed to Medicare. Some long-term care policies reimburse specific coordinated services, and some clients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible items. We'll review your policy language with you and handle the paperwork for any service that may qualify — without promising a reimbursement we can't verify.
A consultation is usually available within a few days. Once you decide to move forward, we typically complete the in-home concierge introduction within a week, and urgent items can be worked the same week.
You do. The person living in the home sets the priorities and approves the written plan. Nothing gets scheduled, changed, or shared over your objection.
Family sharing is opt-in and configurable. You choose which family members receive updates or health and safety alerts, and you can change or revoke that at any time.
Assisted living bundles housing, meals, and some personal care into one monthly bill, and in Los Angeles and Orange County that bill is often higher than most families expect — before add-on care fees. Staying home changes the math: you keep the home you already have, and you pay only for the specific help you actually use. Vivere is the coordination layer on top of that — we source and manage the providers, vendors, and schedules so staying home doesn't turn into a second job for you or your family. Some households genuinely do better in a community, and we'll tell you when we think that's the case. See the real numbers for your situation with our free cost calculator.

We start with a $4,500 Home & Lifestyle Audit with Blueprint. After that, you can coordinate the Blueprint yourself, or activate a Membership: a $220 monthly retainer plus hourly fees starting at $50, charged only for hours you use. If you activate your Membership within a week of receiving your Blueprint, we'll credit $1,250 of your Blueprint fee toward your first month. The optional Family Plan Extension is $100 per month for alerts and updates. Outside providers are billed at their own rates, quoted and approved by you before any work begins.
No. The Vivere app is entirely optional. Calling or texting your concierge works exactly as well, and no other technology is required. Message and data rates may apply.
