Our Story

Why Vivere Exists

Vivere started with a simple observation: the hardest part of staying in the home you love usually isn't health. It's logistics — the contractor who never called back, the four appointments in one week, the paperwork that outlasts everyone's patience.

The options on offer were a facility, or an hourly caregiver, or a family member quietly absorbing a second job. None of those solve a coordination problem, and all of them cost something in autonomy.

So we built the thing we wanted for our own families: one accountable person who knows you by name, a network of professionals already vetted so you never have to screen anyone, and a plan that you set and you control. That's it. No campus, no wing, no waiting room.

We're not building a place for people to wait. We're crafting some of the best years of their lives — while giving their families peace of mind.

Our Vetting Standard

What "Vetted" Actually Means Here

Every provider clears all six of these before they are eligible to work in a client's home. If a provider can't produce documentation, they don't join the network.

Criminal background check

A current, name-and-identity-verified background check on every individual who will be in your home — not just the company that employs them.

License verification

For every licensed trade or clinical role, we verify the license directly with the issuing California board and confirm it is active and unencumbered.

Insurance and bonding

Proof of active general liability coverage and workers' compensation where applicable, checked at onboarding and re-checked annually.

In-person interview

We meet every provider face to face before they join the network. Competence gets you considered; how you treat people gets you accepted.

Reference checks

At least two client references contacted directly, with specific questions about punctuality, communication, and how they handled something going wrong.

Ongoing accountability

We follow up after work is completed. One unresolved service failure removes a provider from the network.
