For Families

Helping a Parent? Start Here.

This page is written for the person doing the coordinating — often from another city, often between siblings, usually on top of a full life of their own. Everything here is designed to add capacity without taking authority away from the person living in the home.

Coordinating from out of state

  • One named local person who can be at the house on short notice — not a rotating roster.
  • A weekly written summary, plus alerts for anything urgent, with your parent controlling what gets shared.
  • A single source of truth: physicians, pharmacy, medications, insurance, vendors, and where documents live.
  • A pre-agreed escalation path so nobody is improvising during a hard week.

Coordinating with siblings

  • Divide roles, not tasks: finances, medical, home, and communication.
  • Add family members to alerts for $100/month so everyone sees the same information at the same time.
  • Write down who decides what when the group can't agree quickly.
  • Let the concierge be the neutral party who reports facts rather than opinions.

What to expect on the first call

  • About 30 minutes, by phone or video call, with no obligation and no pitch deck.
  • We ask what's actually happening — what's working, what keeps slipping, what your parent wants.
  • We tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and what we'd handle first.
  • You leave with a clear next step and a real number, not a follow-up sequence.

Questions to ask any concierge service

  • Will one named person handle this, or whoever is available that day?
  • What exactly do you verify on a provider — background, license, insurance, references?
  • Can we meet the concierge before committing, and what if it isn't a fit?
  • What's included in the monthly fee, and what gets billed separately?
