Starts with a Home & Lifestyle Audit
$4,500 one-time flat fee
Every engagement starts with clarity. We spend 90 minutes in your home mapping out a specific Blueprint to stabilize, secure, and elevate daily life — from safety and staffing needs to smart-home technology and trusted transportation. You receive a clear, actionable plan, whether or not you go any further with us.
- 90 minutes in your home with a Vivere specialist
- Consultations with a nutritionist, movement/fitness specialist, and life/relationship counselor
- A written Blueprint with priorities, options, and next steps
- Yours to keep and use however you choose
Vivere Concierge Membership
Once you have your Blueprint, you have the option to activate a membership
$220 monthly retainer fee + hourly fees starting at $50
You're charged only for hours you use
If you activate your Membership, the Vivere team steps in immediately as your Chief of Staff: we execute every detail of the Blueprint, coordinate every moving part, and manage day-to-day household logistics going forward. All clinical and medical work stays with licensed professionals.
Activate your Membership within a week of receiving your Blueprint, and we'll credit $1,250 of your Blueprint fee directly toward your first month.
Membership includes

- Full access to the Vivere Mobile App
- Monthly check-in with your concierge
- Execution and coordination of every Blueprint detail
- Weekly report of all activities and updates
- Occasional gatherings of our Vivere members and partners
Our Commitments
- 01Meet your concierge before you commit. You meet the concierge in your loved one's home before anything begins.
- 02Replacement guarantee. If the match isn't right, we assign someone else at no cost.
- 03No-surprise billing. Service hours and quotes are always approved by you first.
- 04Month to month. No annual contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
